Google Launches Adsense API

This looks cool.
For me, the most interesting bit is probably going to be the reporting.. being able to do cool stuff with stats and not having to rely on the rather limited stats on the Adsense web site will be really useful.
Expect to see lots of third party stats software very soon. :)
